Education Covid-19 Response Case-study (EDU8 Conference)

As part of the EDU8 2021 Clubhouse Conference, I am presenting in a room on Saturday 23rd of April 2021 a Covid-19 Case-study on a response by cross-sectional team to the Irish Health Sector request (cross-border, the whole island) for assistance in supporting health care workers in remote working. Six week after the requests, led by an academic team at the Technological University of Dublin and supported by a range of both private and public sector organisations a online education course was delivered to support 2,000 workers in their adaptation to sudden home working.

Below you will find an infographic to support the key data and outputs from the project.

Key stats include 2,200 learners on the system with 99% learning new things, from a cohort where 65% had no experience of remote working. Read more in the Press Release for the project here >>
